READ THIS:::::: I always thought I could out run 🏃🏻♀️ a bad diet. I ate whatever I wanted and the next day killed myself at the gym, never to see proper results. 🍕
Fast forward 8 months to now, @chrissystylesnyc
and I moved out of the states on February 18th, 2019, first stopping in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 to get my feet wet in the film 🎞 industry before shooting started in India 🇮🇳, and I had a rude awakening when a friend of my moms said I looked like a women who had a few babies 👶🏻. First I took that as “your a damn idiot for saying shit like that out loud” and second I re-evaluated how I looked not in a negative way but in a “ omg because I see myself everyday did I not notice that I have become so big” kinda way... In February I weighed 167lbs/76kgs. I even said to Chris why didn’t you tell me I looked big🤦🏻♀️ he replied with “I see you everyday I really didn’t notice.” I guess that’s why a lot of couples after being together for a bit gain weight, “happy weight” 🚫❌🚫 Mind you I went to the gym everyday without fail, I could out lift any girl at the gym and my endurance was through the roof! But that wasn’t my issue...
IT WAS MY DIET!
March 2019 I finally buckled down and really went in on my diet. Nope I didn’t starve myself, did the complete opposite I filled up on tons of veggies and carbs. And if I wanted a donut 🍩 I had a donut. I did NOT deprive myself I STILL DONT!
I just started counting macros and calories, intermittent fasting was on full gear, once I started to really dissect why I wasn’t dropping weight, there I realized my body reacts better when I eat, I was eating before but I was eating junk, never proper nutrition filled food, and not counting calories while eating a crap ton of well CRAP 💩 is dangerous caz guess what it adds up fast! 🍉
October 2019 currently weighing in at 130lbs/58kg, I’m happier than I have ever been with my body. I did not have any personal trainer train me, I don’t have a special nutritionist I did it all on my own, tweaking and adjusting as I go. You know your body best. Scales ⚖️ are not important if your happy with yourself that’s all that matters. Do it for yourself.😘 #fitnessmotivation
