Anxiety, what does that mean to you? Google, says, "it is the fear of the unknown". Staggering stats on just how many people suffer with anxiety. When I was young it was called "worry" and worry was something I got really good at!!! What did I gain from all that worry? Nothing GOOD!!! I started seeing doctor's and specialists from the time I was about 10 as my "worry"  morphed into physical symptoms. Anxiety is hard to describe and even more so to those that have never experienced it. 
Anxiety looks and feels different to everyone, for some it's  intense bouts of panic, sweating, heart palpitations. Others it is the paralyzing fear of what could go wrong that keeps one back from living life. Anxiety makes the world so incredibly small, work, school, family, relationships suffer as your world shrinks. 
Can anyone relate? Anxiety can be debilitating or you can be highly functional, but either way it's detrimental to your overall health. 
This pink drink that I love so much is plant based, no stimulants, chemicals, because who wants to add that to the mix... This has changed so much for myself and for so many people I know and care about. AND when you add my favourite probiotic specifically designed for mood, stress, anxiety along with helping GI issues. Massage is a therapy because it addresses physical and emotional aspects of an individual. It reduces muscle tone, soreness and tightness while increasing circulation to improve overall tissue health. This is all done because the calming touch of a massage makes the body go into the parasympathetic nervous system response which in other words is called “rest and digest.” Endorphins, which are feel good hormones and are considered natural pain killers, are released during a massage. They can also bring about feelings of euphoria and general well being. Another neurohormone is called oxytocin and it’s function with massage is to enhance feelings of touch along with help during pregnancy, birth and lactation. There are more hormones that are activated within a massage that have a similar function. It is noted that massage is an effective addition to a person’s treatment plan. It may speed up the recovery, make it more pleasant and you can regain a new range of motion. Maintenance to our body is important for us to upkeep due to stress that we have in our day to day lives. It is also important to have time set aside for ourselves so that we can allow for healing. Having a happy body will ultimately lead to a happy mindset.

“People who consume a diet low in fats and especially low in cholesterol are at risk for depression and suicide.” So cholesterol is needed to feel good and happy?! Yep. Because it’s important for proper serotonin function and hormone function. 
But wait don’t I need a “pill” for my serotonin so I’m not depressed? Yep...because you eat a low fat diet because you were told cholesterol was bad and that it would cause a heart attack. 
But now the science says that’s not true after decades of institutionalizing this mindset in everyone making you afraid of fat (the saturated kind...). And now this is the result: tons of depressed, suicidal and aggressive people and everyone wondering what to do about it. But wait our mental health system is only set up to counsel and drug people not coach them on how to properly eat a nourishing diet to cure their ills. 
Ummm - it’s a never ending cycle of stupidity. Maybe some trained real food nutritionists not bought and paid for by Big Food could help our mental health crisis by recommending some butter, liver and eggs and all the other foods that have been demonized? “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” There is no magic pill for a diet that doesn’t NOURISH THE BODY. 
DIET. IS. EVERYTHING. We are not “pill” deficient.

موقع قدم زدن تو خیابون یا نشستن تو ماشین، اگه یه خانوم بگه «بریم یه چیزی بخوریم» یا«بگردیم دنبال یه رستوران» ، معمولا آقایون اینطور تفسیر میکنن که«چطوره نیم ساعت از وقتمون رو صرف پیدا کردن رستوران بکنیم؟» یا «بریم یه جا بشینیم با هم گپ بزنیم». اما باید بگم که این تفسیر در بیشتر موارد غلطه و تفسیر درست اینه: «همین الآن غذا پیدا کنیم!» چرا؟چون زن ها برای بالا نگه داشتن قند خونشون،بیشتر به مرتب خوردن غذا وابستگی دارن.اگه روزشون رو با خوردن مواد مغذی آغاز نکرده باشن که این نیاز خیلی بیشتر هم میشه.حالا اگه به محض این که زن احساس گرسنگی کرد بهش غذا نرسه،به فاصله چند دقیقه همه چیز به هم میریزه. به تعبیر استاد جان گری ، زن به نوعی« یادزدودگی موقتی» گرفتار میشه.یعنی تمام کارهای خوبی رو که مرد تا آن زمان انجام داده یهو از یاد میبره.چه نامزدش باشه،چه همسرش،چه پدرش و چه برادرش.ممکنه شروع کنه به سرزنش کردن که همیشه دیر میاید یا دیگه اونو دوست ندارید.و اگه هنوز به غذا نرسیده باشه،سطح قند خونش دوباره افت میکنه و ممکنه به شما طوری نگاه کنه که گویی سراپا مایه ی یاس او هستید! 😐
خب اینم از کل ماجرا، و اما توصیه های من:
💡آقایون، اگه یه خانوم محترم بهتون اشاره کرد که به چیزی خوردنی نیاز داره، این رو یک آژیر خطر تلقی کنید و فوری کمک های اولیه رو فراهم کنید.توی این فاصله زمانی هم اگه چیزی  شنیدید اصلا به خودتون نگیرید.
💡خانوم ها، قرار نیست که همه مردها بدونن که فیزیولوژی شما چجوریه.حتی گاهی خود زن ها هم نمیدونن که چه اتفاقی افتاد که یهو دپرس شدن! و اینکه همیشه شرایطش مهیا نیست که تا فرمودید،از آسمون برف بستنی بباره.پس همیشه، شکلات تلخ،آجیل،نخودچی کشمش، مویز یا سقز در کیفتون داشته باشید و خودتون مسئولیت بدنتون رو بپذیرید.

These are my twins, Journey and Keaton. They will be 8 in December. (Ju is not that much taller than Ke. Lol Ke was standing weird.) They have lots of similarities, but they are different in so many ways. 
Keaton struggles academically because of his dyslexia. He's very smart. He just has to work harder. 
Journey is very academically inclined. It comes so easy for him that he gets bored. 
They BOTH have ADHD which affects them differently. 
We have tried so many medications over the past 3 years. It made them sick, altered their personalities, and even caused Keaton to have such bad ticks he was crying because he was so sore from about to jerk his neck off his shoulders. Journey would ring his hands, grind his teeth, and cry ALOT. Journey has horrible anxiety. The doctor prescribed him a prescription med for that when he was 6.... S I X!!!! Leyton has ADHD as well, but opted out this morning. He was still half asleep. Lol -insert happy cocoa. 1/2 scoop in the morning. 
1/2 scoop in the evening IF NEEDED (homework and such).
I mix with water and creamer.
Reese's creamer this morning with Reese's whipped topping. 
No. More. Rx. Meds! (Except for Keaton's meds due to being allergic to life.. his doctors words. Lol)

It helps them focus at school, but in the evening it also helps their brain balance out enough for them to rest. 
It definitely helps Ju not feel so anxious.

Sirma'yi daha onceden bir merkezde kisacik dinleme sansim olmustu; ancak iliskilerle ilgili bu calismanin nasil bir yolculuk oldugu hakkinda hic bir fikrim yoktu. Sirma'nin studyosuna gittigimizde bizi sicacik los bir oda, bir yer yatagi, mumlar ve tabiki Sirma'nin tibet canaklari karsiladi. Bare to Basics - Child Relaxation

It’s as hard for children to relax as adults these days with life in constant fast forward, bouncing from one life activity to the next. 
In particular the more spirited and extroverted children can find it hard to switch down a gear from the constant ‘high’ of the day.
Likewise introverted children can find the pace of life today far over their desired stimulation barometer and need help finding peace to reboot.

Baby massage has become popular in young babies and as adults we identify the relaxation benefits, but in children it is not used so much.

Massaging releases the chemicals dopamine and serotonin which are known for their well being and positive mood inducing feelings. 
I use lavender with almond oil as lavender is also known for increasing feelings of relaxation and calm!

In our house it’s a novelty activity to do, and helps to break periods of ‘mayhem’ and over hype or stress and replace with some chill (not just for the kids 😉🤣). If timed before sleep it can also aid the wind down to better sleep too 👍
