🇮🇩 [VIE (Volunteer International Experience) Interview - Indonesia] 🌏
« I began as an apprentice in Elancourt in-between the department of Business Development and Sales Operation, and this VIE is such a great opportunity following my first experience in Thales.
After three months in Jakarta, to enlarge my mission I discussed with the Country Director to launch marketing activities in Indonesia.
I am now in charge of three activities in Indonesia and these allow me to have a global overview of the group products portfolio.
The challenge at the beginning was to adapt to the local culture and habits.
I had to understand Thales Indonesia organization, to find my position and understand the major challenges on the country to bring as much added value as possible
After one year and eight months at Thales Indonesia, there is not a day without learning new things 💡
People are always willing to help, to explain the products and to transmit their competences.
What I like about Thales, is the quality of the management 🤝and the willing of the company to evaluate and adapt to the new challenges.
Thales office in Indonesia is designed with a lot of space, the view is amazing! 🏙
Indonesia has been the occasion for me to begin activities I never took the time to do before.
So I began Thai boxing 🥊and I am currently looking for a theater troupe 🎭.
This experience also allows taking part to the networking events organized by the embassy and foreign institutes.
Doing a VIE in a company like Thales with a strong international presence allows to have a real support. Everything is facilitated and we always feel safe even when we go far away.”👍🏻🗺🤩 #landscape #indonesia #team #experience #happyatwork #meetings #discovery #foreign #challenge #culture #sales #businessdevelopment #marketingstrategy #firstexperience #funatwork #teambuilding #interview #paradiseisland #jakarta #island #collegues #teamspirit #travel #travelphotography
