Evnen til at udvikle hurtig muskelkraft afhænger af en masse forskellige faktorer. Se billede 2 for en oversigt. For at stimulere alle de faktorer er progressiv tung styrketræning (<80% 1RM) en fornuftig tilgang. For at træne det endnu mere specifikt kan man tage udgangspunkt i Kraft-hastigheds kurven og hvordan man generer power (se billede 3). Power = kraft x Hastighed og derfor bør man arbejde på begge de to parametre. Det kan gøres ved at genere en stor kraft - løfte tungt med en langsom hastighed eller arbejde med en høj hastighed og lavere vægt. Begge parametre bør implementeres i løbet af din træning. 
Alfa omega er dog at du arbejde med en intention om at flytte vægten så hurtigt du kan. Selv om hastigheden ikke er høj i de tunge løft vil du stadigvæk stimulerer nogle af de parametre som har en positiv effekt på evnen til at udvikle hurtig muskelkraft. (Særligt det neurale)! Overordnet vil man gerne se en højre forskydning af kraft-hastigheds kurven(se billede 3), som vil være et udtryk for at du er blevet mere eksplosiv. 
Så flyt’  både tunge og lette ting og flyt’ dem hurtigt 🚀

Monday motivation: head down bum up we got worrrrk to do this week 💯💪🏽🍑 Realisation: How is it the middle of September right now?! Where has the year gone?! What do you have left on your goals for 2019?! I know I’m not quite on track atm how about you?! New phase begins today on Operation Silverback 🦍.

@jamescerbie gave us a choice this phase, Hypertrophy or Horsepower, and as I definitely need the extra mass I'm going with hypertrophy.

New phase means a reload week which is needed after 3 hard weeks of heavy AMRAPS on the big lifts.
.
Definitely carried some fatigue into today's session but that should reduce over the week thanks to the reload allowing me to push hard the next 3.

Today's session:
- Kettlebell Jumps
- SSB Squat: Work up to a challenging 6 reps then 3 back off sets of 6.
- RDLs
- Reverse Lunges
- Reverse Sled Drags
- Ab Rollouts
