對於睡眠品質不好或是有失眠的人,規律、足夠的心肺運動能讓你一夜好眠

3.改善心血管健康
包括降低心臟病風險、降低血壓和“壞”膽固醇

4.穩定血糖
對於糖尿病患者尤其重要,但若你快要或已經達到肥胖的狀態也要注意自己的血糖囉~

5.加強免疫系統

DIET HACKS that save me during cutting season 
Your girl STRUGGLES during cutting season cause I like to eat let me tell you 😩 These are some tips that have saved me over the past few months that will help ya decrease some of those extra cals 🌟

Find Substitutes - Finding lower calorie substitutes during cutting season really helps me hit my goal for the day. Some of my favs are replacing rice, noodles and bread with subs such as cauliflower rice, lettuce wraps and zucchini noodles. There’s NOTHING wrong with eating carbs during cutting season but high carb foods do contain more calories so substituting one or two of your meals with a lower calorie option helps save a lot of extra calories throughout the day, and still leaves me full and satisfied.

Prioritize Nutrient Dense Foods - I tend to eat a lot of processed foods so when I’m trying to cut I like to make sure that I’m increasing my veg intake by taking my greens supplement and adding more into my meals every day. This keeps me fuller for longer and helps prevent the snacking a little bit. 
Plan Ahead - I always prep and plan my meals ahead of time so that I stay on track. Having food ready all the time helps me avoid extra cheats and snacking between meals. I also try to plan healthy sweet and savoury meals in case I have different cravings that day but find what works for you!

Low Calorie treats/snacks - Your girl CANT live without cheats lets be real. I love finding lower calorie unhealthy foods that I can easily fit into my macros for the day to help cure those late night cravings. Skinny pop, 40 calorie popsicles (in my story highlights), diet soda (within moderation) and rice cakes are some of my favs.

Myself and @trainwithayy were talking about this today and it was a lot to think about. Cutting out a lot of background context and questions and depending on the client, foundation work doesn’t have to be boring and can be just as intense or if not, harder than heavy weights. It’s best to highlight WHY a strong foundation is a necessity and what will happen long term if they don’t improve on said movements. 
However, if you know your client isn’t going to be receptive around this but you know it’s something that needs to be worked on, incorporate it into their workouts anyway. When the client starts to struggle with this regressed exercise they’ll see it for themselves. As bad it may seem (and not to disclose) I’ve had clients who have been heavy back squatting for a while and leaned too far forward. When I’ve showed them a front, goblet, Zecher or any front loaded squat that helps engage core and corrects posture, they then see for themselves how that carries over into a back squat and what they’ve been doing wrong; they saw this for themselves without me having to explain any of this to them.
