PASTEL DE CARNE en esta ollita 😍:
- 1/4 de cebolla
- 1/2 tomate
- 100 gr de carne picada
- Condimentos a gusto
- 1/4 de calabaza
1. Lavá la calabaza 🎃 y cocinala en horno medio hasta que esté blandita.
2. Pisala y condimentá.
3. Lavá y cortá 🔪 la cebolla y el tomate en cubitos.
4. En una sartén 🍳 con un poco de aceite de oliva cociná la cebolla.
5. Agregá la carne 🍖, el tomate y los condimentos.
6. Cuando esté cocida la carne retirá.
7. En una fuente poné la carne y arriba la calabaza.
Calentá cuando quieras comer 🍴

A bit of a late post, back in June I spent a GREAT week training at the ISKF Mastercamp. I had 2 main goals, 1- to train until I couldn't feel my legs and just learn as much as I could from all the amazing karatekas from all over the world; and 2- Do my examination for my 4th degree black belt (Yondan).
Well I'm happy and proud to share with everyone that I couldn't walk for a week after and that I have the honor and new responsibility to have become a yondan. 
The exam was tough, and no matter how hard you train, presenting in front of a large panel of all the master you aspire to be like someday is intimidating. But thanks to the amazing guidance and teachings from Sensei Jones (@iskfcalgary ) and all those that have helped me along the way, I was successful in my endeavour. So THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Their are a lot of online coaches out there on social media that say they are giving you the best workout plan in the world and that it is 100% effective, even though they only offer you the bare minimum, and they keep on making you buy more! Even though they look super ripped and in shape and have the biggest booty or the “thigh gap” doesn’t mean it’s always real. It has been proven that the “thigh gap” is only attained by genetics and bone structure. Anyone that says you can be in the best shape of your life in 4 weeks is 100% bs’ing you! It takes time and a lot of patience to get the body you want! So with that  being said, look and do your research before trusting any online coach.

Showing my volume work after my heavy singles now. 🤘 Even managed a PR and got 335 for 10 which has been a goal of mine forever!! 😁 here's how my whole workout went through with my bro @thabigdog32 because it was just flat out ridiculous.... did 2 sets of 10 135, set of 5 185, set of 5 225, set of 1 275, set of 1 315, set of 1 345, set of 1 375, set of 1 405, failed single with 415, redemption single with 405, set of 10 335 PR,  set of 11 315, set of 10 315, and a set of 21 225. 🤘 I legit don't know how I didn't puke after all this.... 😥 Had to call it quits after this too because of it and did no accessory work. 😧 Might be a PR on roughest squat workout yet for me though! 🙏

Killed it squatting last night with my bro @thabigdog32 ! 🤘 Did a powerlifting to volume session which was actually pretty fun until the volume part.... 😥 Showing my top sets with heavy singles first. Managed a single with 405 which was fairly easy, then failed 415 (mental mistake), then redeemed myself with another single with 405 right after. Honestly my last set with 405 I really dug deep for! Smh for not doing that with 415 because I felt I legit had it.... would've been a PR for bodyweight too! 😢 lol 😅
