Some rad new stuff going on in the quad sweep lol had to crawl away from heavy pendulum squats today and barely got out of the gym as a bipedal creature. Always feels good to leave the gym knowing you worked as hard as fucking possible—anything less and I’m cheating myself.

I try to take advantage of every full moon. I noticed at least a 10% increase in my strength and I have a lot more energy. If you don’t have the opportunity to train at a gym like @alphaelitesys  simply train in the yard one night or a gym that has open window or garage doors. It sound crazy but try it. Tag someone who would like to get a workout in on a full moon @alphaelitesys 👍🏼

Setbacks lead to great comebacks! Goal is a 5 rep with 315 touch and go and 315 4 rep pauses. 🙏

Back when the abs were actually visible and the body fat was way lower😆 Losing definition is always a part of bulking and part of the process of making the gains. I do miss having a lower body fat percentage, but I am definitely enjoying seeing progress and going up in weight! What is your favorite, bulking or cutting?👀

First time training back in like 3 weeks.  Finally got a nice session in at the gym for about 2 and a half hours with my dad @9__finger ! 😁 Did some chest and then upper back. Ended it with arms. 💪 Did 4 sets of pull ups, 4 sets of shrugs and 7 sets of pull downs 3 variations. Lastly killed arms. Felt rusty and even a lil weak but I bounce back quick! 🤘 I'll be back to normal soon. 🙏

Ended it with arms. 💪 Did 4 sets of pull ups, 4 sets of shrugs and 7 sets of pull downs 3 variations. Lastly killed arms. Felt rusty and even a lil weak but I bounce back quick! 🤘 I'll be back to normal soon. 🙏
