Today's meet the team is Ioannis Grammenos:

Hello, I'm the Meatologist & Executive Chef at the Hippodrome Casino and have been part of the culinary industry for 21 years. I was part of the opening team here, working and developing menus before the Hippodrome opened its doors.

In May 2018 I opened the country’s first school of Meatology, the school offers a series of classes which aims to educate meat lovers on how to cook the perfect steak at home. In 2019 I will introduce The Hippodrome's first ever Steak Club by the School of Meatology, the classes will take diners on a gastronomic journey and educate them on the best steaks from around the globe. The past three years I have been one of the expert judges for the world steak challenge and this year I’ve been elected as the deputy judge for the 2019 World Steak Challenge. 
I love working at the Hippodrome because it gives you the opportunity to develop yourself and meet very interesting people. 
When I’m out of work my favorite thing to do is to travel and discover. Every time I have the opportunity I will travel to a food destination, known or unknown as I love to discover, smell, taste what the world has to offer.

Today's meet the team is Albert Peebles 'Hi, I'm Albert. I’m a bartender at the Hippodrome working in our brand new Boozy Tea Room, which was created alongside the new Magic Mike London Theatre. 
I’ve been in the Hippodrome since I was 18. I’m now 21 and have been involved in all aspects of the hospitality side of the company which means I’ve been able to meet amazing people and experience the business from many different angles - not to mention floors! 
Outside of the Hippodrome, taking my hospitality role very seriously, I love to go out and find new bars and restaurants while learning more about what's new, fresh and upcoming in the industry. 
I also like to keep fit and I’m currently training for my second Tough Mudder with a few of my colleagues.' #hippodrome #hippodromecasino #casinolife #casinostaff
